Scholastic Virtual Book Fair: February 2-15
Mark your calendars! The fun and excitement of a Scholastic Book Fair is coming to our school! Due to space restrictions, the Scholastic Book Fair will be a Virtual Book Fair only. GVS Christmas Concert
The GVS Christmas Concert is on Thursday, Dec. 15.
There is an afternoon concert at 1:30 and an evening concert at 6:30.
The concert includes a gr. 5&6 drama, gr. 7&8 band, gr. 9-12 band, and gr. 9-12 choir.

1st Semester Final Exam Schedule
To finish the semester, students will once again be writing exams. The last day of classes for the semester is January 27th and exams will follow from January 30th to Feb 2nd. It is expected that all students will attend their exam in the designated time slot. If students are unable to attend an exam due to illness, a parent must excuse the absence and an alternate time will be arranged. Please note that not all courses have final exams. Chocolate Sales
GVS will resume our annual chocolate sales fundraiser in October. Chocolates will be sent home during the first week of October. As in previous years, we will be selling Laura Secord Chocolates (variety pack) and the World’s Finest Chocolate Almonds. Each case contains 30 boxes of chocolates or almonds and each item is sold for $3. All chocolates are peanut free.
