| Grade 9-12 Dance 2026-04-14 | Student Council will be selling dance tickets again today during lunch hour. This is the last change to purchase a ticket - we must sell 50 more tickets in order for the dance to take place. Tickets are at $10 / each |
| Makeup & Hair Crew Meet 2026-04-13 | All those who contacted Mrs. Maria Friesen about taking part in the Curtains Makeup and Hair Crew, and even those who forgot but want to know more, please meet in Room 201 at 12:35 on Tuesday. We will be discussing practices and the schedule for the show and what is needed. |
| Student Newspaper 2026-04-13 | The latest edition of the GVS Tribune is out! Digital copies can be viewed on our school website. Paper copies are available at the library or beside the fruit bowl. |
| Report Cards 2026-04-13 | Report cards will be issued for Grade 6-12 students on Friday, April 17th. They can be viewed via Parent Portal after 4:00pm. Grade 6-8 students will receive paper copies at the end of the school day. On Thursday, April 23rd from 4:00-6:30 pm, Grade 6-8 classes will be hosting the annual Learning Expo in the GVS Gymnasium. Parent/Teacher Interviews for Grade 9-12 students will also take place on Thursday. April 23rd from 4:00-6:30pm. Booking will open on Thursday, April 16th at 10:00am. Appointments can be made via Parent Portal or by calling the GVS Office. |
| GVS Musical 2026-04-10 | Tickets for The Musical: Curtains tickets are to now open to the general public for $15 each. Performances will take place on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, May 6–8. Coffee and refreshments will be served during intermission, making for an enjoyable theatre experience. Tickets will be sold at the GVS office - cash or cheque only Don't miss this exciting production—it's sure to be a wonderful evening out for family and friends! |
