Orientation and Tours for Grade 9 Students Interested in Studying at the SRSS

Grade 9 Orientation Tours (students going into Grade 10)
The Grade 9 Orientation Tours at the SRSS will take place on March 12 from 9:30 – 12:00. These
tours are for your students that are interested in transferring to the SRSS for a vocational major.
The tours will provide your Grade 9s with an overview of the courses and programs available at
the SRSS.
There will be an electronic student sign-up available for you at a later date. Due to the size of
the event and the number of students involved, we cannot accommodate students who have
not signed up electronically. Please make sure to do this with your students.

Grade 9 Parent Orientation Evening
The Grade 9 Parent Orientation Evening at the SRSS is on Thursday, March 12 from 6:00 – 8:30
pm. The evening will consist of a 30-minute presentation and an Open House. Guided tours will
also be available and teachers and counsellors will be present to answer specific questions.
