Chocolate Sales Wrap-Up

Our chocolate sales are completed and over $22,000 of chocolates were sold. Thanks to all the students for selling. Thank-you parents, friends, relatives, neighbours, and businesses for supporting GVS. The money raised will go towards additional playground equipment, sports fees, field trips and special school activities.

HSD Career Symposium

On Thursday, October 12th, a symposium of approximately 30 universities, community colleges, bible colleges, and other training organizations will be at the Steinbach Regional Secondary School to provide all Hanover School Division’s students and their parents with an opportunity to explore the various options that are available to them after graduation. Chocolate Sales

Our annual chocolate sales fundraiser is coming soon and will run from October 2-24. Note that there is a slight change in packaging – more chocolate for $3 per box and $90 per case. To encourage sales we will be having daily draws for smaller prizes and gift certificates, and several large prizes that will be drawn at the end. FCC Drive Away Hunger 2017

In recognition of World Food Day on October 16th, our school has decided to once again participate in the Farm Credit Canada Drive Away Hunger program by collecting donations of food for people who are hungry in our area.
